Peter Joy has written, researched and consulted on business and professional services topics for 16 years. He has conducted large-scale primary research in the risk management, reinsurance and UK general insurance sectors since 2006 and is the author of the Business Insurers’ Insight Report – the definitive annual study of UK commercial insurers’ service performance. He holds a Masters degree in International Relations from Cambridge University.
